I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University before obtaining my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary in 2004.
I have been working in the field since 2004 and have been providing therapy services since 2011. I have worked with diverse populations providing a variety of services,
including Functional Family Therapy, adolescent substance abuse treatment, adolescent sex offender treatment, and marriage and family therapy. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who currently provides therapy and mental health assessment. I completed training in EMDR and am a basic trained EMDR therapist. Along with EMDR, I utilize CBT, family systems, and IFS informed approaches.
